For adult groups of eight or more, please book in advance. This ensures that you will get access to the ship at the time of your choosing without queuing. As we have a limited capacity on the ship, booking in advance ensures that your party can access it together. Without booking, this cannot be guaranteed.
In order to achieve this, we have a booking charge for groups of £1 per person. For young person (children) groups, accompanying adults go free.
We are unable to facilitate access to schools or groups of young people, under the age of 18, who have not booked ahead. Please note that we do not accept booking requests on the day of the intended visit.
This includes school groups, nurseries, after-school groups or holiday groups, please visit the learning programme page. Booking is essential for these groups.
We can also arrange a guide to lead your tour and make sure you get the most out of your visit. Guided tours are charged at £4 per person. These need to be booked at least 5 working days in advance.
